LexLocom Will Help Guide You Through the Document Review Process in Three Phases:

Phase 1: PROJECT ASSESSMENT:

An experienced Project Manager will be assigned to work alongside your team to understand the project’s parameters and tailor an action plan do best suit the needs of your project.

Phase 2: TEAM DEVELOPMENT:

We then conduct a rigorous screening and selection process to ensure that every Document Reviewer meets the demands of each project. We staff the document review team with experienced lawyers who understand the nuances of your project. LexLocom partners with ZSA Legal Recruitment, Canada¹s largest leading and only national legal recruitment firm, to provide you unparalleled access to a national network of legal specialists.

Phase 3: PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

Our experienced Project Managers track the overall progress and provide you with ongoing progress reports detailing the team¹s performance. Unanticipated issues are addressed and adjustments made, improving accuracy and efficiency. We recognize that, in certain situations, extremely tight time and budgetary constraints will apply. Our Project Managers ensure that their teams meet these constraints by developing a practical and realistic action plan.

Managing our team of review lawyers, you will oversee technical operations and workflow, ensure optimum productivity, quality, and deadline compliance. In addition to a litigation services orientation, you must possess strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills, and be confident and comfortable communicating with clients, and with all levels of management within our organization. Due to the specialized nature of this role, candidates without demonstrated project management skills and a proven track record managing all aspects of the eDiscovery process will not be considered.
