Christopher Sweeney and Warren Bongard founded ZSA in 1997 – Canada’s first Legal Recruitment firm. Over the past 20 years, ZSA developed a vast network that includes tens of thousands of legal professionals. With this unprecedented access to legal talent, along with ZSA’s skills at sourcing, vetting and placements, ZSA is undoubtedly Canada’s leading recruitment firm.
Over the past decade, ZSA has witnessed a dramatic rise in the demand for legal outsourcing. Many of its law firm and corporate clients have requested that ZSA find occasional workers to augment their capacity.
As a result, ZSA created LexLocom Legal Outsourcing in 2015. Since that time, LexLocom’s legal professionals have logged thousands of hours – and saved millions of dollars in legal costs – for our clients.
